Data controller and scope
Retail Lab. acts as data controller for its own website, account management, sales communications and processing purposes it determines directly. Roles relating to user and content data managed by an enterprise customer within the application are defined separately by contract.
Personal data processed
Identity and contact details, company and role information, request and support content, security logs, product usage and transaction records and user content uploaded to the service may be processed only to the extent required for the stated purpose.
Purposes and legal bases
Data may be processed on the legal bases of entering into and performing a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests, establishment or exercise of a right and explicit consent where required; for service delivery, security, support, billing, product communications and regulatory compliance.
Data transfers
Data may be transferred to infrastructure and service providers necessary to operate the service, authorised public authorities or contractual recipients in accordance with the KVKK's transfer provisions, purpose limitation and security safeguards.
Collection methods
Data may be collected through web forms, account and session flows, product usage, support communications, contractual processes and security systems, electronically or physically where necessary.
Data subject rights
You can submit requests for information, correction, deletion, objection and compensation under Article 11 of the KVKK through the privacy channel on the /en/contact page. Identity and authority verification may be required to protect the request process.
