Acceptance and scope
By using retaillab.io, you agree to these terms. Use of a digital service or enterprise product may also be subject to the applicable subscription, licence, support and data-processing agreements.
Permitted use
The services must be used in accordance with applicable law, your account permissions and the product agreement. Attempts to bypass security controls, access another customer's data, upload malicious content or disrupt the service are prohibited.
Account security
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You must report suspected unauthorised access without delay and use the additional account-security methods provided by Retail Lab.
Intellectual property
Rights in the Retail Lab. brand, website design, software and documentation belong to their respective rights holders. Users are responsible for the rights and permissions associated with content they upload.
Changes to services
Product scope, integrations and plan features may change due to security, regulatory or product-development needs. Changes affecting the agreement will be announced in accordance with the applicable notice terms.
Liability and contact
